Design and materials
Interiors lean on oak wood and continuous flooring to create a warm, connected feel throughout, with large windows drawing in natural light and open sightlines between living spaces. Interior detailing, including textured hallway panels in tones drawn from the surrounding garden, was overseen by Lisbon-based interior design studio PIN.

Our View
Oak35’s real strength is its scale and privacy. At just 22 units, it avoids the dense, high-turnover feel of many newer Vilamoura developments, while still sitting close enough to the marina and centre to walk everywhere that matters. The top floor units with rooftop jacuzzis and sea views are, in our opinion, the standout buy in the development, they’re a genuinely uncommon spec for this price point in Vilamoura. Worth asking early about orientation and finish level, since apartment specification can vary meaningfully across a development of this size.

Location
Vilamoura remains one of the Algarve’s most in-demand resort areas, known for its marina, multiple championship golf courses, and one of the region’s longest beaches. Oak35’s position gives residents easy access to all of it without sitting directly in the busiest part of town.
